Guest Investor Programme (Vendégbefektetői tartózkodási engedély)
Guest Investor Programme is a residence route in Hungary (المستثمر / التأشيرة الذهبية). €250k in approved real-estate fund (hold 5 yrs), €500k residential property, or €1m donation to higher-education public trust; Guest Investor visa then 10-yr permit renewable 10; spouse, children, parents included.

The minimum qualifying investment is about CHF 235'000. There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 3 years. Citizenship can be possible after about 8 years.
