Turquoise Card is a residence route in Turkey (رائد الأعمال). Points-based card for high-skilled workers/investors with major investment or export volume; 3-yr transition period, then indefinite. Rarely issued; criteria discretionary.

There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 3 years. Citizenship can be possible after about 5 years.
