Work Permit and Residence Card (Contrat de travail pour étranger / Carte de séjour)
Work Permit and Residence Card is a residence route in Tunisia (Zaměstnání). Employer obtains approval of foreign employment contract from Ministry of Employment (labour-market test unless exempt, e.g. totally-exporting firms); then residence card. Renewed yearly.
Requirements at a glance
Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 5 years. Citizenship can be possible after about 5 years.

Worldwide income, IRPP to 40%; foreign pensions transferred in TND 80% deductible; CH–TN treaty.
