Malta Permanent Residence Programme (MPRP) is a residence route in Malta (Visa επενδυτή / golden visa). Admin fee €60k + contribution €37k + €2k NGO donation + €500 card/person; buy property ≥ €375k or rent ≥ €14k/yr (5 yrs min); capital ≥ €500k (€150k financial) or €650k (€75k financial); +€7.5k per extra adult dependant.

The minimum qualifying investment is about CHF 34'800. There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after άμεσα years. Citizenship can be possible after about 7 years.
