Ordinary Residence Card (long-term) is a residence route in Tunisia (Άλλο). Longer-validity card (reported 2 yrs, renewable) for foreigners with several years of continuous lawful residence, also for spouses of Tunisians. Validity/thresholds vary by governorate; confirm locally.
