Talent residence permit — economic investor is a residence route in France (Investor / golden visa). You invest at least $353,000 in tangible or intangible assets of a French company, directly or through a company you control, and create or protect jobs. You get a 4-year permit for the whole family, called 'talent famille'. Fees are $116 for the visa and $265 for the residence card per adult.

The minimum qualifying investment is about $352,500. There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 5 years. Citizenship can be possible after about 5 years.

Worldwide income is taxed at 0–45% plus 4% on high incomes. Dividends are taxed at a flat 31.4%. A wealth tax on property (IFI) applies to property above $1,530,000.
