Rentier Residence is a residence route in Honduras (Independent means). Permanent, lawful, stable income ≥US$2,500/mo (Art. 23; e.g. dividends, rents, interest) deposited in Honduras; police records, medical cert, apostilled docs; IHSS enrolment. 2025 alt. route (Acuerdo 374-2025) accepts 50% of thresholds. Gov fees ~US$375/person.
