Worker Migrant visa (with Confirmation of Employment) is a residence route in Isle of Man (Employment). The Isle of Man employer gets a Confirmation of Employment (free) after a labour-market test. New rules from 1 June 2026 mean only Higher Skilled roles may bring a spouse or children, you cannot change employer in the first 12 months, and there is a new Shortage Occupation List. Settled status costs $4,300 after 5 years.

Requirements at a glance

There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 5 years. Citizenship can be possible after about 6 years.
