Investor Residence (KDIPA-licensed foreign investment, up to 15 years) is a residence route in Kuwait (Investor / golden visa). You must be an owner, partner or senior executive of an entity licensed by the Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA, Law 116/2013). Under Cabinet Resolution 651/2026, the investment must be at least $16,100,000, including at least $3,230,000 of capital deposited in Kuwait. You need a clean record. The residence fee is $161 a year, and $129 a year for dependants.
