Work Permit and Residence Card is a residence route in Mauritania (Employment). Employer obtains work authorisation from Ministry of Labour (priority to nationals), then biometric residence card (titre de séjour) from Interior/ANRPTS. Renewable yearly. Naturalisation after 10 yrs.
