Family-based Immigration is a residence route in US Virgin Islands (Family). Spouse/minor children of US citizens (immediate relatives, no quota) or of green-card holders (F2A); I-130 petition. Sponsor income ≥125% of poverty line (~US$26.4k for household of 2); fees ~US$2.7k (2× I-130 + consular).
