Register business with QKB, business plan, proof of capital/means and professional qualifications; combined residence + work permit via e-Albania. 1 yr, renewals up to 2–3 yrs. You must spend about 183 days a year in the country to keep it. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 5 years. Citizenship can be possible after about 7 years.
