Residence Card – Self-Sufficient / Retiree is a residence route in Morocco (Saját anyagi eszközök). Apply at local DGSN/prefecture within 90 days of entry (Law 02-03): proof of stable foreign income/pension (no fixed figure; ~EUR 1,500/mo cited) via Moroccan bank certificate, lease/title, criminal record, medical certificate. Renew 60 days before expiry. Card fee ~MAD 100 (stamp) per person.
