Habitable property registered in own name (≥50% share, ~20 m² per person); no statutory minimum price (reported 2026 amendment may set EUR 300k – unconfirmed). Tax residence in Albania

Tax residence can arise from having a residence in Albania under its Civil Code, or spending more than 183 days there within a 365-day period.
