E-2 Treaty Investor Visa is a residence route in US Virgin Islands (기업가). Substantial at-risk investment in a US (incl. USVI) business you direct, typically ≥US$100k+; spouse may work; children to 21; renewable indefinitely, no direct PR path. Visa fee US$315/person.
