Requirements at a glance

The minimum qualifying investment is about CHF 1'872'500. You need an annual income of about CHF 1'337'500. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after direct years.

How holders are taxed

20% on first £1.25m of worldwide income, 1% above (Jersey property income always 20%); no CGT/IHT/wealth tax
