Pensioner Residence is a residence route in Honduras (Emerytura). Permanent foreign pension ≥US$1,500/mo (Decree 208-2003 Art. 24) paid into a Honduran bank; police records, medical cert, apostilled docs; filed via Honduran lawyer; voluntary IHSS enrolment for holder + dependants. Gov fees ~US$375/person.
