Temporary Residence for Employment is a residence route in Kosovo (Emprego). Work permit via Kosovo employer + residence permit; proof of qualifications, accommodation, health insurance. Gov fees ~EUR 270 (family of 3).
Requirements at a glance
Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 5 years. Citizenship can be possible after about 5 years.

Progressive PIT 0–10% on worldwide income if resident; dividends exempt.
