Startup Residence Programme is a residence route in Malta (Antreprenor). Innovative startup endorsed by Malta Enterprise; ≥ €25k paid-in capital/investment (lower if already VC-funded); founders + key staff get 5-yr residence (renewable), family included. Fee ~€1,500.
