Top Talent Pass Scheme is a residence route in Hong Kong (İstihdam). Category A: annual income ≥HKD 2.5m in preceding year; or B/C: degree from top-200 university (+3 yrs experience for C). No job offer needed; renewal needs HK employment/business. Visa fee HKD 230/person.
Requirements at a glance
You need an annual income of about CHF 256'500. There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 7 years.
How holders are taxed
Territorial; no tax on offshore dividends/capital gains.
