Must serve Swiss economic interest: sustainable business plan, new jobs/investment/innovation in CH, financial & operational prerequisites, personal qualifications; counted against annual non-EU quotas. No fixed minimum investment (cantons often expect several CHF 100k + local jobs). Gov fees ~CHF 600 (family of 3).
