Temporary residence permit – employment / EU Blue Card is a residence route in Lithuania (就业). Job offer from Lithuanian employer; work permit/labour-market test unless shortage list or Blue Card (salary ≥1.5× average wage). Stricter rules from 22 May 2026; from 1 Nov 2026 in-country filing needs valid visa/TRP. TRP fee ~€120/person (standard processing).
