Remote Work Visa is a residence route in South Africa (Digitale Nomaden). Employed by/contracted to a foreign employer; gross income ≥ZAR 1,000,000/yr (Minister's threshold in final May 2024 regulations; Feb 2024 draft had ZAR 650,976); medical cover, police clearance. Created by Immigration Regulations amendment May 2024, operational from 2025. Dependants via accompanying visas. DHA fee ZAR 1,520 per applicant.
