Temporary residence – owner of residential property (EU/OECD citizens) is a residence route in North Macedonia (Investor / golden visa). You must own an apartment or house worth at least $47,100. You also need income to live on, health insurance and a clean record. The permit lasts 1 year and is renewed each year. It is not renewed if you are away for more than a quarter of the period without a good reason. Fees are about $106 per person (approximate).
