Business Manager Visa is a residence route in Japan (Entrepreneur). Since 16 Oct 2025: capital ≥JPY 30m, ≥1 full-time resident employee, applicant or staff with Japanese ≈N2/B2, 3 yrs management experience or master's, real office, plan reviewed by expert. Dependants on Dependent visa. Gov fees ~JPY 28,000 for family.

The minimum qualifying investment is about CHF 162'000. There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 10 years. Citizenship can be possible after about 5 years.
